Luck, opportunity, skill, and hard work are all major key factors that contribute to ones success rate. In my opinion luck is one of the least important factors, because luck is "chance" and it comes and goes. luck can contribute to ones success in certain areas but does not decide wether or not one will have great success. For example "good" luck helps one to do better and they can use this luck to their advantage, but it is more of a small "helper" in ones situation. furthermore, one may experience "Bad" luck, but this is just a small setback in creating something successful. If you persevere this bad luck does not truly effect ones success. In my opinion luck is just a component to speed up or slow down ones success rate. Similarly to luck, opportunity helps to "advance" ones success if used properly. Opportunity benefits one to accomplish their goals, and without the right opportunity it is definitely much harder to do, but it can be done. One may wait for the right opportunity their whole life, and it may never come, while others are using skill and hard work to reach these goals much faster. Opportunity is luck...the opportunity may come, and may not, it is simply chance. Skill is a major component to success, because without it, it will be very hard to succeed. Those who obtain skill will advance much faster and more easy than others. The most important element in gaining success is hard work. If one does not posses the right skill, the opportunity never comes, and they never have any good luck, they must persevere and work harder than anyone and one day they will succeed. One may have good luck, and all the right opportunities, and all the right skill, but if they do not work hard and try they will see no success.
